01

Corporate standing

Founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2018 (Registry Code: 14525545), PAYMASTERS OÜ operates under EMTAK classification 6619 (Activities auxiliary to financial services, except insurance and pension funding). We function as an independent prime facilitator and transaction structuring desk. PAYMASTERS OÜ does not operate as a retail deposit bank or credit institution; instead, we engineer backend compliance pathways and pre-audit complex client dossiers through our proprietary intake systems.

As an administrative coordination desk, we structurally prepare and route approved corporate dossiers for execution via established international and specialized offshore trade finance platforms. Our document intake logistics are designed to meet the rigorous onboarding and compliance standards of major international issuing and advising networks. We facilitate the backend structuring required for MT700, MT710, and MT760 message routing, ensuring all client files meet strict institutional pre-requisites before platform submission.

02

Regulatory rigor & KYC/AML pre-audit

We execute rigorous preliminary Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Source of Funds (SOF) verification, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) pre-audits on all transaction dossiers under 5AMLD/6AMLD frameworks, ensuring documentation satisfies strict European banking intake criteria prior to institutional routing.

03

Corporate mandate & fee allocation safeguards

Every intermediary relationship is anchored by legally enforceable corporate mandates and structural fee agreements governed by applicable European law. We administer strict contractual frameworks that safeguard proprietary commercial relationships, ensuring transparent and compliant fee allocations for all officially accredited introducing partners and corporate principals.

04

Administrative trade finance logistics

We coordinate complex trade operations in alignment with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) frameworks. By standardizing execution protocols across UCP 600, ISP98, and URDG 758, we coordinate standardised processing of documentary credits and guarantees, aiming to reduce administrative delays in global supply chains.

05

European governance & audit-ready oversight

Operating within the sovereign jurisdiction of the Republic of Estonia and in full compliance with EU data protection (GDPR) standards, we provide corporate principals and institutional counterparties with a transparent, legally enforceable, and fully audit-ready operational environment.
