1. Agreement to Terms By accessing paymaster.ee and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit corporate files for review.
2. Nature of Services PAYMASTERS OÜ acts strictly as an independent prime contractor, structural facilitator, and introducing agent . We are not a licensed bank, depositary institution, or direct asset manager. We provide logistical frameworks, multi-currency routing setups, and compliance preparation (KYC/AML) under EMTAK Code 6619.
3. User Responsibilities & Compliance Clients engaging our services must provide accurate, verifiable, and legally obtained corporate and financial documentation. Any attempt to submit fraudulent documents or bypass AML/CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism) regulations will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to Estonian regulatory authorities.
4. Intellectual Property All content, analytical models, and proprietary logistical frameworks displayed on paymaster.ee are the intellectual property of PAYMASTERS OÜ and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability While we strive to secure seamless international banking clearings, PAYMASTERS OÜ shall not be held liable for third-party institutional rejections, banking delays, or capital execution failures that occur outside our direct technical control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Estonian Law.
6. Governing Law These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
